Jonelle Brown is an award-winning marketer and brand strategist. She is the Director of Global Franchise Planning & Studio Marketing at Paramount Pictures. She is responsible for the development and execution of consumer products and marketing strategy for the Paramount studio business and Paramount Consumer Products & Experiences. Ms. Brown currently oversees consumer product marketing campaigns for hit movies like Top Gun: Maverick and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem and select anniversaries from the Paramount Library.
Prior to this role, she was the Senior Manager of Nickelodeon Movies & Partner Marketing. She returned to Paramount Global after two years at Macy’s Parade & Entertainment Group. As the Manager of Brand Marketing & Campaign Strategy, she was responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of the on-site digital marketing and website creation for Macy’s national annual events, including the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and the Macy’s Fourth of July Fireworks.
Earlier roles include Brand & Events Project Manager at Nickelodeon, where she was responsible for branding of events at Nickelodeon such as the Kids’ Choice Awards and Kids’ Choice Sports. She also led a successful experiential marketing exhibit for The Lion King’s 15th anniversary and launched Newsies on Broadway while at Disney Theatrical Group.
Jonelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University, and has been featured on The Bossed Up Podcast, and the book Bossed Up: A Grown Woman’s Guide to Getting Your Sh*t Together.
